Druk Air
Druk Air is probably the
smallest national airline in
the world. They currently
fly from Bangkok to Paro
every day of the week. Most
flights operate via Kolkata
(India) or Dacca
(Bangladesh). Their Airbus
A319 is pretty new so you
will fly very comfortably.
On your flight to
Bhutan
make sure you get a window
seat. If you sit on the
right you can even see Mt
Everest. And the final
approach into the Paro
Valley is pretty stunning
too. The Business Class is
pretty good value too.
Please note that Druk Air
flights are not available
for booking on our website.
If you wish to book these
flights, please
contact us by email.
However, before you book
these flights, make sure you
familiarize with the visa
requirements of Bhutan. You
will only be allowed to
board the flight to Bhutan
if you can show a visa
approval letter. And you
will also get this letter if
you have booked a package
tour in Bhutan.
